Affiliate Terms of Service

Welcome to the Advocates for Creative Entertainment LLC Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the program.

Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate, you agree to:

– Promote Advocates for Creative Entertainment LLC (“the Company”) and its offered services.

– Act in good faith and maintain a professional relationship with all referrals.

– All Affiliates must agree to refrain from guaranteeing any specific results to clients they refer to Advocates for Creative Entertainment, as outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances. Our quality assurance representatives will verify each referral to ensure compliance with this policy and prevent any misrepresentation of potential results. Failure to comply with this agreement will be considered a breach of contract and the partnership will be terminated immediately. Additionally, commissions will not be paid on deals that were not represented properly.

Compensation Structure

You will receive a residual income for each client you refer to the Company who successfully signs up for a monthly subscription. The compensation breakdown is as follows:

10% of all clients’ packages for up to 20 clients referred monthly.

15% for referrals from 21 to 35 clients monthly.

20% for referrals from 36 to 50 clients monthly.

30% for referrals exceeding 50 clients monthly.

Remember, this is a tool to create residual income for you and your household. You inform potential customers about our products and services one time, and get paid month after month! Currently, as an intro offer, our packages range from $29.99 to $99.99 per month.

You can also increase your revenue potential by referring other affiliates! Once you reach the 3rd percentage tier, you will be able to get paid an additional 1% off of ALL of their referred clients’ purchases as well!

Payment

Payments for the previous month will be sent out on the first Friday of every month. You can either elect to receive your commission via direct deposit or by mailed check. Affiliates must reach a minimum of $20 in commission before a check will be issued. By accepting a position as an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you will be considered an independent contractor. You will receive your onboarding instructions within 48 hours for payroll via ADP. Advocates for Creative Entertainment LLC cannot provide advice on tax reporting or related matters, it is your responsibility to consult a qualified tax professional for guidance on your tax obligations and reporting.

Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Should changes occur, we will notify you through the email associated with your account. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these Terms or engaging in any form of misconduct.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program or any applicable promotions, including but not limited to lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
